Happy Birthday from when it was Connor! I've been watching your videos on and off for the past couple of years and they have helped me along my journey to get perspective on what action i can take. I believe i have more growing to do before i can lead with true confidence and have fallen into traps of people pleasing, which is now apparent a wall that i need to build (With a door which i can open and close when I have the time to.). The pennies have started to hit the floor now. :)

Finding it hard to agree with this point but as always a very uplifting message. The thing that I really appreciate about this video is that having good intentions without action is useless. This is a good reminder to get moving. Thank you

Zu M yeah I’ve been giving this more thought. I guess the reality is that we are descendants of survivors. Some survived through cowardice, others through strength and domination, but all survived through adaptation, which is the key.

Hey Conor! Great fan of all your work here. All very inspiring, so clear that I can implement right away. Just one suggestion. I think you start off with such peak of excitement for audience, but then later you get so technical, like this video. You could have simplified the brain part, just need few sentence I guess. I am not an expert, but just thought I share. Big thanks to you.

Your video of unconditional peace of mind is highly relevant to bhagvad Gita ( Indian bible) verse which says simply , do effort with total detachment from fruits of effort .
