I always have the best mediations when I’m sleeping. I wake up in the most brilliant energy. And depending on what kind it is I truly feel the effects 🫶🏻

I feel like I broke down emotional and energetic barriers to love while listening to this meditation. I don't use this as a sleep meditation but have been doing it after yoga. I feel so much love during and after the meditation. Thank you. ❤️

I have felt the presence of my soul mate in difficult tines. I meet her in otherworldly dream lands. I'm not too concerned about meeting her in this world we call real because this is only the temporary world. This life ends in such a short time. As long as I can feel her presence and meet her again in the real world of spirit where we are eternally just meeting and falling in love. I find her again and I instantly love her. And she loves me back! I love the woman I'm with in this life and I can see my soulmate in her eyes and the eyes of everyone I meet. But this isn't real life. We aren't meant to get too attached to all this temporary stuff. It's just something to work through and let go of. I'll meet you there in the real world and we will recognize each other.

Forgive me, but why do you need someone to tell you how to live? "Mandatory " ? ?? This channel is about TRUSTING YOUR INTUITION. The government, nor a KZread channel person can give you the answer as to what is right for you. "Mandatory " is a made up term to control you. Good luck 🙏💜🙏

Hi Jasmine, meditation is also something that is healthy to do daily. There are so many different types! No need to limit yourself only to the guided kinds. Mindfulness meditation or simply seeing if you can sit quietly and gently release your thoughts as they come can be amazing for your mind and a feeling of inner peace. I personally recommend transcendental meditation, (which is ideally taught at a TM center near you, they are all over the world, nice to have that sense of community too) because doing this daily since right before the start of the pandemic has changed me on a deep level, more than any other habit. But even 10 mins a day of the simple kind that’s taught by Headspace (check them out here on YT) is great, too. Also, taking long walks among trees (something the Japanese call forest bathing) is amazing for creating a sense of grounding and connection to yourself and spirit!) It’s true, nothing is mandatory (though not sure why the above commenter got intense and felt the need to bring in the government 😑) but maybe you’re referring to a manifestation meditation, I think I’ve seen Rasa say “do this for 21 days” in some of these. In manifesting, yes, there is the idea that after you put your desired outcome out to the universe, you let it go, rather than obsessing over it. So this may be why some instructors say 21 days. But at that point, you’d be looking to do the “work” or possibly make the changes to allow for the wish to manifest. Getting in alignment with it is the idea, and the meditation is just the first step. I hope this helps, sending you peace and joy for the new year! 🎆
