Theo Baloyi is so humble yhooo i would love to work with him one day. He is my role model as well.
You can easily tell that these three have an abundance mentality. When you constantly view your cup as half full you don’t think about what you’ll lose by giving to someone (Shawn), people who add even the smallest value to your life will never go unnoticed (Theo) and it’s it’s not always about the money (SOMIZI)
He never decline he asked for shares instead, good business move, I always tell my clients(influencers) try to always negotiate for a long term financial stability
Wow Somizi turned down a whole million? Truly at his best he has an amazing spirit. Well done to Theo for showing gratitude. Some people would hog every single penny, and act as if they got there on there own!

@@kristelngami4816 Your point being? Fact is, he promoted the business without heing asked. He was offered money which he declined. Theo was then kind enough to offer him shares. Win win situation.

You can still work in London and come back with dollars. I also work for a UK company and I’m paid in Euros, it depends on what currency you choose.
