Ya no doubt that you cannot mistake a twin flame. It’s really torturous, it is very often that you are polar opposites, one is often married, or for some reason, or another you can’t be together. The longing or pining away is actually our own soul’s energy that we have given to our counterpart. When we pull this energy back we feel normal again. Also I have found daily meditation essential to refurbish our own energy. Also doing inner child healing is helpful. All I know is if I have a question in my head spirit answers it the next day either via my intuition upon waking or via a tarot read I am drawn to. This morning my TF induced suffering question was revealed to me : To meditate more, to channel the excess energy into my meditation into the ground so it’s not overwhelming, and spirit reminded me what we focus on we attract. So if we dwell on the pull of our TF, it will increase. If we self focus on our spirituality and serving the collective it evens out. Whenever I talk about it though I call him in🤣 He just popped in.
