I glade you were talking about the changes and growth in your life because I’m doing the same thing I resonated with what you said about the eating and the getting dopamine from shopping spending money and trying to stay away from anything else try to better my health and move. I am literally doing everything you have been saying and also, I feel like I haven’t been doing enough so it’s nice to hear somebody else who’s going through that realize in self reflecting and able to tell them self said yes you are doing what you need to. It was almost reassuring for me and I felt like somebody wanted me to hear that😂😂😂
