    he was on and off drugs throughout the series even after micheal helped him get sober that one time. he did kinda remain sober as in he wasn’t partying and doing party drugs, now he was just a normal junkie. he acts like a coke head in the ep, like at 5:00 and throughout the sabre meeting he’s all fidgety. in different episodes he may not act like that.
