He's adjusting in the XYZ axis which treats every co-ordinate of our anatomy in 3 dimensional space. He's addressing every biomechanical motion of our joints with the XYZ axis. He just alters the level of force during the adjustment according to what the patient requires. Dr. Gregory Johnson is a genius and i hope every Chiropractor will be trained the same way soon. Also, he has a video discussing why he does the same treatment, go watch it. It's very in depth though.
