Change will come. It's a hard lesson that most people aren't even willing to try to overcome, but unlearning limiting beliefs and the like is one of the absolute most difficult lessons. Most people aren't brave enough to even try to win against them, or they come into this life without them because they either already went through it or they couldn't handle it. Pile 1. My anxiety is so bad that I've become so physically ill I have been unable to work and now depend on my family's help while I heal. But everything that happens feels like such a mountain when I know it shouldn't. Those helping me are losing their patience with me and have such high expectations so it's even harder to keep going.
