Start being gentle with yourself . Forgive yourself for everything that you’ve been through , even if it wasn’t your fault . Allow yourself to cry . Start taking better care of yourself. Meditate and do yoga every day . Start prioritising your happiness and stop feeling guilty about it. You have to love yourself as you would love your favourite person . Eat healthy . Start pampering yourself here and there . Do things that make you and your soul happy . Engage more with such activities. Healing has to be a mix of you taking care of your inner child , your physical body as well as your present self . Start journaling your thoughts , everything that’s heavy on you , from your childhood wounds to your traumas to the failed relationships, whatever you have seen or been through , pour your heart out. Do not judge yourself. We all are broken somewhere . At least you’re willing to do the work . The more honest , compassionate and loving you’re going to be with your own self , the more likely you’ll be opening yourself up to love . Everything starts from within . So do it for yourself , so that you can fall in love with yourself all over again. This is the basic that you should start with . You can always come back to me , either here or on my email to talk about your journey or if you need any help. I’m there . Much love ♥️🪽 PS - Be patient throughout this process.
