Exactly. I never take risk ... I never compromise with my Imaan. Earlier I was interacting with people who do shirk( do something different and have different ideas regarding islaam) , thinking that it would not harm my Imaan. But now I realised that they are trying to affect my Imaan ...they are trying to interfere in my life . I stopped being in contact with them. It's our duty to protect our IMAAN. We should not allow what we don't want in our lives. It's our choice what we believe or not. Nobody can force to follow their thoughts or their beliefs. I bow down only before Allah... And that's it. It's my Imaan. I never allow anyone to affect my life or my thoughts with their actions.

Pray daily, eat healthy (limit sugar - processed foods), do daily exercise if you can (running/lifting weights), turn off social medias and try to reconnect with nature, avoid unnecessary stress… I hope it helps you. Stay strong, it will go away… Al hamdulilah.

Pls make dua Allah open doors of happiness for me. I have a lot of blockages in my life since 2018. Been 4 years everyday I'm at home. I'm suffering cs of others. There's no happiness, peace nor barakat in my life. I feel empty alive but dead from the inside. Im still begging Allah to let me complete my studies as I want to be independent & build a career/future for me. It's not wrong to make those Duas then why allah is not accepting my dua. Alhamdullilah after years Allah allowed me to perform umrah even tho it was not a good experience. Even tho I was mentally unstable there was bad thought in my mind I was not able to make dua for me I still forced myself to ask Allah to give me back my studies, happiness. I'm still waiting for my dua to be accepted. I want to go back again for umrah this yr. Pls make dua Allah accept all my dua & remove me from darkness, help me to achieve my dreams, complete my studies. Remove my dad from financial prob so he can gives us the best life(finance me & my siblings education) & bring us for umrah this year ameen.

If you think Allah is not helping you then he really wont help you. he has given you a lot of things in the past. Try to remember everything youve got in your life. Even if its just simple things. I think your problem here is you ask so much but you forget to be thankfull for many thing you already have. Learn to be thankfull and strengthen your taqwa inshaallah Allah will give you more. I was actually had the same problem. I used to didnt care about being thankfull and slowly my life gets harder. Now i understand that i was wrong so now I'm trying to be a better muslim. Slowly but surely my life now is getting better.
