Just ran into this channel. So cool. I thought this art had faded away and nobody knew what making animation in a book was anymore. Man was I wrong! I used to make flip animation in all my textbooks in highschool in the 70’s. Things like Evel Knievel jumping his motorcycle over 10 buses and crashing, but I’ve never seen such elaborate and colorful flip animation such as this stuff! Wow! So glad that people of all ages are doing this kind of work now! Just subscribed and you got me inspired to get some tablets and go to work on my cartoons again. Thanks!

Imagine how long it took him to make this video, the fact that he opened every single flip book in the mail and read every letter, That’s dedication. Respect.

The Bunny movement is so smooth and realistic.SuperMario has a lot of work in it.Relativity story and drawing style look professional.Also 2 Creatures in Planet Fliparoo and Fungus and Frog are excellent.However some the more basic ones in terms of drawing have really good stories.Hard to decide.

I wish I could have one of those flip books. They look amazing!!! I am going to try to make one.

I loved the journey home ow that’s just talent

The journey home was my personal favorite, it gave me adventure time vibes for obvious reasond

This video FILLED my eyes with happy tears and made me clutch my heart the entire 24 minutes!! What a talented, adorable, creative community. Thank you Andy for creating this and bringing so much fun art to so many people 🥲🙌🏼❤️ it made me so happy to imagine all of these 1,600+ people creating together all around the world!!

22:29 Growing tree is my personal favorite, I love how portions of the page were cut out until the tree had fully grown, but so many are good I can see why it would be a tough choice

All the flip books are so AMAZING!!!

This dude has so much patience going through all of those mountains of flipbooks

so impressed by all of the creative talent out there! who knew so many people were so into making flipbooks! its a flipbook revival! i taught an animation class at our local career center some years ago, and the first project we did was make flipbooks with postit note books! if only this channel had existed back then it could have been a wonderfully inspirational source of knowledge! and we probably would have gotten a bunch of your kits too! thanks andymation! and thanks to everyone who was so inspired to send in your wonderful creations!

The Journey Home makes me happy. All of these make me happy. The ones incorporating an empty space in the background are awesome. The ones with full backgrounds or clean art amaze and astound me. Props to everyone.

I got one of your flipbook kits for Christmas! My first one was a tornado. The storyline was there was a tornado and a house flew down from the sky and landed there. Then, the tornado punched the house away. That's it.
