Audio panning (like 8D audio-type) 6. Metronome 7. BPM / Tempo setting 8. Renaming a track 9. Inserting a new midi track 10. Import midi / audio track 11. Note divisions 12. Deleting, copying, and moving a soundtrack. (Del / Ctrl + C / Ctrl + D and Alt + Arrowkeys) 13. Audio fading/smoothing 14. Arrow near the boxes closes a window. 15. If you refer to 07:40 you can see he says to click and drag up and down. Most programs will have the same "clicking and dragging" behavior throughout the entire app. In any case if horizontal wasn't working, you could've tried vertical instead. All part and parcel of exploring the interface.

Are you talking about the node for the volume fade on audio clips? If you can't find it make sure you have automation turned off, this can be achieved by hitting 'A' on your keyboard.
