The reason that the title can be changed using the url, is most likely so links can hide their names as a file you are trying to download. Let's say you are trying to download a file called cat_image.png. The website can change the url accordingly and send you to a fake downloader, which will have cat_image.png in the url.

Same thing for some Instagram Scams, where someone sends you a link with your Username in it + a message like "yo I made this check this out", and I can imagine a lot of people falling for this because they saw their username in the URL + these messages came directly from friends / people you were following

instead of that name we will make it known as "Your-files-are-ready-to-fucked-your-computer"

I had something very similar to this once that had downloaded a miner on my pc, I’ve since remove all of the files with some help from malware bytes and knowing now that all of it is gone has put me at ease. (I don’t deal well with malware lol, I get really worried especially with the time and money I put into my pc)

Once you Look at a Computer Virus Operation Procedures for a Ridiculouly Large Periods of Time (including Years, and Centuries)... It simply Looks back at you.

5:32 this reminds me of oceanofgames & getintopc...they had basically the same page design. i used them as a kid when i was broke af and couldnt afford the games, but i did it mainly as a way to demo the games before i actually decided to buy them. and the second one was mainly for older windows iso files.

That "Samsung SSD Driver" Virus from what I know Installs mining software in folders like appdata and it also creates .zip folder under random name with screenshot of your detskop and collects all of your device information and location information, also it collects all of saved passwords in browser. It happened to me 😂 I feel like extreme idiot, idk how could I fell for that, I was half asleep I suppose. Btw it was crack on KZread so even here it's not that safe. I removed everything, also I hope that Microsoft Defender stopped everything fast enough so my info wasn't sent to some wholesome people in India with such amazing lives 😂

Uhhh honestly windows antivirus isn’t the best. So your data is probably surfing the web. You should download Kaspersky next time. But sometime malware can totally brick your computer to the point where you have to start fresh with a clean installation of windows.

@@i_love_games110 I’m gonna trust that but my experience with windows antivirus is not the best, I got a virus on my computer and it barely did anything. And even when it does remove the virus, it doesn’t get everything off.

These can also come from a KZread downloader known as y2mate (domain “is”) due to redirect links when downloading a video or an mp3 from the website.

ytmp3 does the same, at least when it detects that you're on a mac - kept popping to download me "your_file_is_ready_to_download.dmg" before it'd pop the video download strangely though, only their .cc does this, not the .plus (though the .plus domain gives me a weird error in firefox about not being able to write to the source download part file if i take too long trying to name a file i'm downloading)

The Best approach to a fresh installation (which is still undefeated) is definitely using a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM (maybe even DVD-R or CD-R) because these are Write Protected, once you've written to a CD or DVD-R you can't add any more Files to it and also are unable to delete files from it, which makes them the Ultimate Recovery Media... I know that there are Malware Files out there that can Write themselves onto any given USB-Drive or even delete files from Write-Protected Flash Cards (Like SD, MemoryStick, CompactFlash and SmartMedia) which makes these useless as a Recovery Media... That's the reason why i will always stick to good old DVD-R's... they're cheap, lightweight and are unmodifiable once something's written onto it... Safest Rescue Solution for Infected PCs of all time! Keep it in your minds, because some day you'll need a secure recovery media for sure, trust me, i've experienced it way too many times already, so i know what i'm talking about

i managed to get an old hd-dvd rom + bd combo on ebay for about $16 (converted to dollars) which is pretty good since i can use it as a backup medium because of how huge and cheap bd-r's are and have a rare piece of hardware at the same time

I sometimes use tuberipper to get stuff like songs, but every time you click sometimes it downloads an exe file, and one time the file that it tried to download was literally just called "[NAME].exe"

The only risky issue is when your using the key system to log onto your favorite roblox script injector, (Trigons my most trusted one) the key system that some sites have for the executors are infected and the best they can do about it is warn you not to download anything when getting your key

One time, I tried to download an FL Studio crack on youtube. The virus got access to my channel and uploaded videos that were "GTA FIVEM HACK" and "BEST ROBLOX EXPLOIT" and they looked exactly the same as what those videos look like, even down to the thumbnail. They are stealers, and are spread by stolen accounts

ive seen "your file is ready to download.iso" from zippyshare (a horrible ad infested place with... basic download link obfuscation witch can be defeated with CURL and clever java code), witch appears to be some sort of javascript/node ransomware, not shure because the main code was 'compiled' with the nw javascript compiler into a bytecode file. the only reason i beleve its ransomware is because in the bytecode, there is strings referencing encryption algorithms

it can also be a .iso file which appears everywhere

You could get strike/warning to your KZread channel just by writing that to Google search in 4:29. Algorithm could flag this "how to download pirated software".

i actually got these downloads that was on my main pc but i basically ignored and didnt open because i knew it was a virus. i'd sometimes get this while downloading some things because my brother restarts my computer progress sometimes.

I always see that every time i finish downloading a file at media fire.
