i think this is the video that introduced me to asmr. it’s definitely the first one i watched on youtube and then subsequently decided to continue watching more soon after and never stopped. i feel a little guilty i never regularly watched gibi until a few months ago, she really is one of the best! asmr has helped my sleep a lot, and i used to have significantly more prevalent sleep issues. thank you so much gibi!

We with anxiety and panic disorders are not so lucky. But, there are things you can do to prevent them/lessen their effects. ♥️
