This Tuesday I will remove the last off my dark traumas that happened to me, that I have never spoken about to anyone. I have kept them inside me for over 35 years. When I have done that, I feel that will remove any negativity that is in my body, conscious or unconscious. I have started to work with this already by myself, but I feel that I must speak them out loud for me to get rid of them. This I will do with my counsellor, and he doesn't judge and then they will be gone. I then look forward to working with the gift I have been given.

This video has found me a month after you uploaded. I am an artist, previously a pre-school teacher of 20 years and now pursuing my art.
