While turning on the laptop the dark screen appears with 2orange and 4 white blinking lights generates, is this the symptom of ram failure and if yes than how to cure it??

bro windows7 ke bad jitne bhi windows aaye hai woh ram jyada kyu lite hai? kya microsoft user par dyan nhi deta? aur hum yeh notes karte hai ki windows10 main tho 2gb aur windows11 main tho 3.1 gb ram leta hai jab ki fresh install reheta hai tho bhi tho yeh microsoft kya user par dyan nhi deta ya fir microsoft jan muchke aisa karta hai yeh yar aap kya sochte ho reply karna
