I went through one of those myself . I used to pray that God would venge my x . Just a bunch of anxiety and hard times for all of us. When I started praying that my x would be the best dad he could be for our boys he disappeared for almost a decade. Then he died. But our middle son i haven't seen in another 2 decade (a total of 30 years ) ive never met my grandkids through him. I think we should just pray for God's will no mater what . And don't give up.

Standing in agreement with you God is able, and I'm not just saying this just to be saying it, because I have seen God's hand move as I prayed for over twenty years for my brother to know God. My two brothers, and I were abused, and abandoned as children by our mother. my oldest brother was the one who really suffered a lot, and he hated her for what she did, and he was angry at God to the point that he didn't believe God existed, because of all the hurt he suffered, he said " f there was a God why did he allow us to go through all that suffering". Long story short he became an alcoholic like she was, did crack, and abandoned his own children just our mom did to us you would of never believed this, because of how he was growing up when our grandmother took us in, although hurt he was very neat, quite, and never did any drinking, or drugs, he even said that he would never do what our mother did, but we should never say never. Our father died at the age of 26 when I was two, and my brother was five, our dad loved us. I began asked God in prayer before I reconnected with my brother that the next time I see my brother may he know who you are, and that is what happened, my brother surrendered his life to God unfortunately at a cost, because his life was in jeopardy, God delivered him, and although his life was hard to the point that he has several aliments in his body he knows the LORD, goes to church, and knows the word of God. God would send pastors to him when he was homeless, and they would take him into their homes even while he had a drinking problem, because God loved him, and knew that he was suffering internally, God is so merciful, but it is still up to us to call out for the LORD to help us. My brother reconnected with his children who were now grown, I have always kept in touch with them, and he doesn't live that far away from them. I reconnected with in my brother in 2017, and we saw each other for the first time in about 25 years in 2018 he came, and stayed with me for a week, and we had Thanksgiving together here at my home, and our family came, and it was amazing! I didn't think about this until later I usually walk around my home when I pray, and a few times I stopped at my dining room table, and would talk with God about seeing my brother, and family around this table, and it surely happened. God is able.

Laura, I come in agreement with you over your daughter, and your son. My oldest, my son, is also a bit lost. My daughter, is also living a homosexual lifestyle, for the last few years of her life, and it’s been devastating. We are estranged from one another, and it breaks my heart. As a mother going through these things, I know your pain, and seeing your comment here lets me know that we do not have to battle alone. For every minute our children are lost and wandering, I pray one more child is coming out of the fire, out of the confusion, and coming home, and in right relationship with the Lord! We must believe this! Our faith can move mountains!

My daughter is 17 and dealing with suicidal thoughts!! Two individuals contacted me late last night after about a 13 hours of working. Saying there was something on social media. I keep encouraging her for counseling and she refuses I keep encouraging her to turn to God. I recently came back to the church after many years of strain, and let me tell you it is saddened me that I ever lived without God and now I’m trying to encourage my children and my stepchildren to do the same. As a mom, it is very stressful to see your children Suffer through anything but I thought I could lose my daughter forever, Satan will not win this battle. Thank you for the prayer I could not find the words to pray. I've seen Jesus restoring my child. I said this prayer along with you and my child came to my door 1 day after praying for him. Almost a year since he walked away and stopped all contact from me. God does hear our prayers and with prayer and faith he will restore. God moved in our life in 1 day. To God be the glory forever.

Praying for your daughter as well as you. NEVER STOP PRAYING. I was a heroin addict for ten years. But I can’t tell you, if it wasn’t for my parents love and support and never giving up on me, I’d be dead. And most importantly, I never could’ve gotten clean without Jesus. Keep the faith, and please know she doesn’t want to be doing these things. This addiction is just so powerful, and I pray the the devil leaves her ALONE and the Lord fights for her, and also gives you strength through this. 🙏🏻💕

Please...don't give up hope. I went through hell and back for over 10 years with my son. I stayed strong, sometimes barely thru prayer. That strength enabled me to make many phone calls...help is hard to find unfortunately. It took 3 hospital stays and FINALLY finding decent doctors. I pray for my sons strength everyday to continue to make the right choices, continue counseling and not abusing his medication. He is now going into year 3 of being stable. I truly believe in the power of prayer, I will keep you and your son in mine.

My son has been dealing with alcoholism and is disrespectful and mean when he drinks. He has two precious little girls that he hasn’t seen for years. He was involved in an accident and hasn’t been paying his restitution. He is now locked up on a warrant for non support and not paying his restitution. I pray each time that he will come back to God and get his life together. He has been living in the country where there’s not a lot of jobs he walks 5 miles to work daily. He bought a bike to ride to work but it was stolen. But it’s more important for his wife and him to smoke drink and her smoke pot instead of pay their bills.She won’t work but says it not fair for him to use money for fines he needs to pay. But I’m praying that he’s finally learned his lesson. I’m praying for the favor of God on his behalf once again. And praying this will be the time he gets his life together and comes back to God. He is such a precious person when he doesn’t drink would give the shirt off his back and help anyone in need and never asks for anything in return. He goes back to court today to see when he will be picked up from another county for nonsupport. Tomorrow he has court in another county for the restitution from the accident. Than at some point court for child support. I am standing and believing God will work it out for the best. But it sure does give me a lot of sleepless nights on her knees. I just went through breast cancer now something has shown up on my lung that is dangerously to my heart. Also my husband has cancer and when he took his radiation they burned his spine in two places and he now falls a lot and can’t hardly walk. But through it all I know the God I serve and he is so faithful. I’m standing on his word for a complete and total healing for my whole family. God is so good all the time!!!

Lord Please be with my son Gracen he is hurting Lord. He's gone 15 years without friends. Alone at high school graduation. Alone college graduation. Lord in the name if Jesus I ask you take his gaming addiction away and computer screens away. That has isolated him from having friends being social having a girl friend. Please pray for my daughter yada she has lost her with god.. had nervous break down got into a relationship that took her down the wrong path and now she doesnt want anything to do with her family got evicted from her apartment on the streets.
