Yes it’s the human body. You can train and feed it, rest it etc to Make it become how you want it. Respect your body and be in tune with it.

Yes if you are tired and have no strength basically do body weight exercises. Press ups, squat and ab crunch. So a small amount daily as a habit. When you have the most energy each day. And over time you will increase it. The habit is what counts. Even if you only do 20 press ups a day it’s a start. After a week or 2 you will manage 50.

@@YourBoxingMind Now I understand the mistake I made. The human muscle structure is already very strong, when you do it a little bit every day, you remind the body and wake it up. Thanks a lot man, I've already done 20 pushups.

@@kaderimsecekerim4460 yeah. 80% boxing training sparring and bags shadow skip and pads. 20% exercises for speed power strength and endurance. Most of your training should be focused on boxing.

@@YourBoxingMind I am currently working mainly on footwork, pivots, head movement and shadow boxing. Jumping rope, running, shadow boxing and strength training with body weight are on my list again. I generally study the basics, but unfortunately I can't do the boxing exercises you mentioned. By the way, thank you for taking the time to reply.
