But there is more than the corporate life that defines him. He is a Sahitya Akademi award winner author who has written four books so far and has gone to top literature festivals to share his ideas.
But, in this video, he shares his journey. How growing up in Muzaffarnagar shaped his ideas, how he cracked IIM Ahmedabad with guesswork, why he feels most IIT and IIM students lack gender sensibilities, how politics is unavoidable while creating art, and what you should definitely not do after your MBA from a top B-school.
He not only shares his interesting journey but throws sharp criticism at the present BJP government for misusing power to suppress dissent, takes a jibe at AAP, and tells why automation can be nightmarish in the Indian context.
This and a lot more in this full Konversations Cafe episode of Tanuj Solanki. Do tell us how you liked the episode and if you want us to upload longer videos like this in the future. Share it with others and like the video to help beat the KZread algorithm.

    I genuinely appreciate insideiim bringing various opinions into the conversation. And he dropped a very important line "to know your limits but still to stick true to urself and to speak ur mind on things that we feel a different opinion about." That i feel is an important skill to practice. And i genuinely believe people should encourage different opinions to come out. Have the ability to see them as separate individual opinions and different from the person itself and accept what you feel is right and reject the wrong. This is fundamentally what free speech is. So kudos to insideiim. As an aspiring student of management and a corporate professional i believe its important to encourage diverse opinions.

Its great to hear Tanuj's POV on different aspects of life be it MBA, corporates, AI, and especially uncensored/Raw views on politics. I still think that should be the agenda of education to make you an independent thinker and logically argue on things and not just follow any ideology believe or any political party for that matter. Kudos to the inside IIM team for bringing this series..

  • @ak2849

    @ak2849

    Жыл бұрын

    @@bhumijarishi1875 I know it does. I never denied it. But reservation is not the answer to it. Banning caste system, universalised quality education and financial support is. Look at the education statistics, even after 4 generations of reservation at every level, the median score of SCSTs are WAY less than a general category. Okay, someone's great great great grandfather was discriminated against. But what excuse does the current generation have? They've had this system in place for 75 years, they're getting the same schools , same coaching, they dont have to pay for anything starting from application forms to college tuition. They get reservations at every damn level. Still not uplifted enough? In IIMs you allow 80%ile scorers to sit with 99.9%ile while rejecting 98s, fine, how many entrepreneurs do you know from SCST background? How many CEOs ? How many representatives at World bodies? They will always remain "disadvantaged" because its a mindset. Not even world's best colleges would uplift them. Because the world has been made easy for them. It's as simple as that. And on top of all of that, only a select few amongst those SCSTs corner all the reservation while the rest remain backward and ask for more reservations. Pick the UPSC results of this year and count the number of Meenas in there. Giving jobs to undeserving candidates(sometimes even people having negative marks) does no good for anyone -it degrades the system,kills the coming generation, impoverishes the country intellectually and economically, it punishes merit and it deifies poverty, illiteracy and victim mindset. This needs to stop because sentient technology will absolutely decimate lack of skill, there's no stopping it and India for one is not ready for what's coming.
