There is no institution which dictates that verbal skill is a requisite for leadership. Hitler had an excellent command of speech. So I put my stock on intentions rather than impressive delivery skills. I think one should pause and think before reducing him to his verbal skill. He may not have a robust vocal edge like our beloved GB kahuto but I know that GB kashito is a concerned leader like Kahuto. For what it's worth, he's an excellent speaker off camera.

As he clearly said Konyak and Sumi practice hereditary in appointment of GB so upon his father's ageing he has to take over the position by default, and moreover he's mature enough to know his own village customary laws. He joined joined the system, he will learn gradually.

Implementation of Register of Indigenous Inhabitants of Nagaland (RIIN) 3. Matter of Goanbura & town bura (also discussed in the govt level). 4. Demerit merit of Non naga adoption by Nagas The above mentioned is an important issue for Nagas to be comment/endorsed by BG. As one of a young GB's view on the above issues would have been inspired by one and all. Anyways, hoping to hear next time. God bless.🙏

We are not a hereditary society. And judging by how naive his opinions are, I'm sure there will be many capable leaders other than him, especially to lead such a large area. Hell, if i had the drive, i could be better than him.
