Just received from Amazon the exact same model YXY-802 but under a different brand name. Apart from the absence of the nostril nozzle, it is the same. Was wondering how mine would perform whilst it was on charge for the first time then I found this excellent review of yours. Very informative and answered a question I had as to how to change the pressure in the DIY mode as this part seems to be missing in the user manual. So thank you.

Hi, how do you fully detach the water tank? I see padlocks i. e. locked and unlock beneath the charge port however I'm having difficulty to unlock... do I pull and turn or just turn? I just got it and fear I might damage it.

I don't know if you already figured it out. You can detach the water tank by turning it to the direction of unlock.

Its better than Oclean W1 Oral Irrigator ?

Personally I would say it is better if you prefer an irrigator which blasts a jet of water. The Oclean one mixes "puffs" of water and air. I am more used to the type which sprays.
