The judge has a lot of room to talk, telling Mr. steel his 30 seconds isn’t 30 seconds. Well your honor your five minute, 15 minute, or one hour breaks are never five minutes, 15 minutes or one hour. They’re always longer than the said time.

You know this prosecution doesn’t have a case they begging the judge to set a precedent something that never happened before

He doesn't seem biased. He seems like he is trying to avoid a mistrial as that would tarnish his record. Hence the reason he listened to the hearsay, but he isn't allowing it.

This case is annoying. I get what Fani is trying to do, but it would be much better organized without the RICO. Everybody should've been charged with whatever they were charged with individually, gang stuff be darned. Let the feds do that. They are better equipped for a RICO. It's kind of their thing.
