What can a defendant do if the judge is holding secret meetings in chambers with the District attorney and a witness who has already been sworn in by the judge

The judge was wrong in so many ways! He will be investigated for judicial misconduct. Shame on this immature, petty, and egotistical judge!

I think when he corrupted the courts chambers by having the meeting without the defence, it became just a room. The Judge has been caught and is trying to distract, his actions tell that he knows this was wrong.

Steele is a bad MF. He stood his ground and well he should've.

I lovehow the title says after claims of secret meeting. There was a secret meeting that the defense should have been present for. The judge knows this but throws the lawer in jail for calling out his dishonesty and lack of ethics.
