Following a 48-hour extension, prosecutors in the long-running YSL RICO trial against Jeffrey Williams -- better known as rapper Young Thug -- and his co-defendants have filed a response to a motion asking the judge to step aside from the case. Meanwhile, Young Thug's attorney is calling for a mistrial.
In the state's response, prosecutors argued that none of the information the defendants set forth would authorize recusal for Judge Ural Glanville. Therefore, the prosecutors believe that the defendants' filings calling for the judge to be removed should be denied.

Mistrial!!!
Now we know why judge glanville defended himself from allegations when he forwarded the recusal motion to another judge. A judge is not allowed to question a recusal at all. Any motion "stands denied" by the court automatically, which means that a defense by the judge is not necessary. A judge that does argue against his recusal warrants recusal by making that argument. So glanville qave krause a way to recuse him without answering the allegations made by the defendent in the motion to recuse.
Well…you don’t win when you play dirty. Whether they are guilty or not, the State and judge ruined the trial.

@@JacquelineBurton-ro3vq my thoughts exactly. I’m not a young thug fan but as I watch all the injustices with this case I’m a fan of it being a fair trial. And I’ve not seen that at all. And since they’ve made it a Rico case they need to have their stuff more prepared where they don’t have to be unfair and crooked to get a conviction. It just confirms that there’s a lot of innocent ppl in jail. Not to say they are not criminals but did they get a fair trial with REAL evidence.

@@MzKat0517 I’m no fan either but I’ve witnessed a lot of shady behaviour from love and the judge aswell as the cop who had no files etc it just looks like they’re trying to throw everything at the wall to get thug and it’s wrong the longer it goes on they are just hoping the jury will forget everything and just convict to get out of there
That judge is definitely dirty!
The Judge lost control of the case by not following the law n not letting the defense defend their clients. Judge violated defense due process imho. Fulton needs a federal investigation like they did to Ferguson Missouri.
Why are taxpayers still on the hook for trying people everyone knows are guilty of mayhem and murder?
