I would just say: Woman, Chill. To be frank I understand why sheldon kinda hates Religion as a whole, I lived in a household like this and it's not... fun. It's actually so damn sad, because you just grow up and the more you study and learn about things the more you see how toxic it becomes.

I always thought one of Mary’s biggest problems was she always felt she had more of a say than she actually did. I get where opinions are formed from a perspective of Faith but Mary always overstepped with the family by pushing her values onto them and forcing them. She really doesn’t get a say when two people get married, how they will raise their own child, etc. Yet she acts like she is entitled to it, always bugged me

I get that and sometimes the way she went about it could have been better but at the same time when someone is living rent free in your house you do have a sin if they do things you don't agree with that you consider sinful and you have other kids to worry about. I used to live with my in laws before we got married and her rule was in slept in separate rooms, it was her house, her rules and I think that's reasonable. It's entitled to think you can live off of someone's hard earned money and not follow any of their rules or respect their beliefs.

@@sandyjuntunen4088 i actually find the portrayal rather accurate. christians have an insufferable entitlement attitude when it comes to moral positions. they repeatedly forger that morals are determined by the individual, and them alone. only thing that can override this is the law, which governs everyone. Which is why you constantly see christians trying to turn their selfish sense of morality into laws.

She shouldn't judge. But I find that happens a lot with people who call themselves a christian. I choose spirituality. And believe it or not I would meet people and without them telling me they were a Christian I knew they were. The problem is the ones that kept telling me they were Christians the more they said that I can see all kinds of hypocrite. Lying, cheating the government, talking bad about people behind their backs. Pride really does make people do stupid things. George can afford a wedding and Mandy's parents are offering to. It's usually the bride's parents that do pay for the wedding. Well at least it was until people decided to start living together and having babies before getting married. But I do think splitting it 50/50 or if the parents want to pay is a good idea.

I love Mary but we're her religion comes in the way she acts a lot of times would turn me against it. And also I think that what church they have the wedding in should be Mandy and George's decision. So she's talking about her grandbabies not going to be Catholic and all that stuff that's what I'm saying it doesn't make me want to be religious for sure. My granddaughter is not going to be raised Catholic she's going to worship Jesus not the Pope. Mary it's not your wedding. It's a wedding not a baptism although they did do that too. Member in Big bang theory when Sheldon told her they weren't getting married in a church and she said if she's there then Jesus is there. Although I can totally understand how she feels about Catholics. Do they even know most of their rituals go against what the Bible says?

Mary is a 100% right. Her son literally had a child out of wedlock as a teenager. There are two more teenagers in the house who can learn bad actions. Georgie literally got them kicked out of church. The least they can do is get married. They dont have the right to do it in their family home where young teenagers can hear it all. 0:45 What did Missy say? "In walls?" 1:34 How are you a good Christian? The only time I remember seeing you at church is after you got a heart attack. 2:30 Did Georgie think the twins were conceived out of wedlock? Not a smart or funny comment from him This is the first time we learn Evan's name It's nice to see Mandy's mom finally stepping up to help. It should have happened a lot sooner but I'm glad it's finally happening. 4:04 You can't say "I'm not here." If you're not here, your voice will not be heard saying "I'm not here" in that place. Mandy is really slow at forgiving. It took her a long time to forgive Georgie for lying about his age and it's taking her a long time to forgive her mother. Not that either of them were in the right before, but they both came around and tried to make amends, but by being slow to forgive them, she only made things worse. Besides, she wasn't always in the right either. She lied about her age too. She didn't get insurance for her car. The only jobs she can get are as a waitress and as a sex object despite having gone to college. When she loses her job, she blames the person who replaces her. She's not exactly any closer to perfect than they are yet she's slow to forgive,
