Grill duck
Hello Thy Da who was kind sharing this nice video.Pink and her family are so kind and hospitable like the good reputation of the Laotian people! Hello Pink! I love Loeut Peng dish: it's really a skill to carefully measure the good quantity of water, fush juice and salt to make the blood duck less liquid but remaining soft in the mouth. After that, the cook puts offal duck cut into small pieces, aromatic plants, grilled peanuts, lemon juice , fish juice and....lots of chill pepper!!!.Oh Pink, this dish is so good with red wine, beer or whysky! In the future,I will ask you the name of the leaves in the soup of shoots of bamboo( canh non mai). Thanks to Thy Da,Pink and her family and Seyha.Amazing video, I like it.

Some foods are so interesting to me and I hope I will be able to travel for their foods and see the local culture. And I want to try the foods with steamed sticky rice.

Yes you can soon
Is the food in Laos much different from Cambodia it seems there's not a lot of difference in Cambodian and Vietnamese food there's some but not to much it looks good and the best part is you didn't have to cook it I wish you good luck health and happiness

Apparently Lao people don't like Khmer people.

I have to disagree. I lived with a Laos family before; there were nothing but loved Khmer people.
