    Nothing wrong with accents. It’s great to hear different accents throughout the world. Edinburgh chip shop. Salt and sauce. Glasgow salt and vinegar. Slight differences but great

    @@BertieWooster1900 I’m the west coast and the bread has always been the heel. The expression for chips was always a “poke” of chips. My family were from both sides east and west. Loved my times in Berwick upon Tweed and Edinburgh. Glasgow is just so special to me. It’s a city that doesn’t give a fk apart from daft bigot’s at fitba matches
