Mowgli is sooo adorable.... This is by far the best animated story brought to movie

I remember watching the cartoon version of Jungle Book. It was one of my favorites in Disney. This is by far the best depiction of Jungle Book.

Wow, in all my years, I've never seen The Jungle Book portrayed in this kind of way. It's definitely different... But I feel the need to watch it now!

He’s literally adorable

My grandfather was a prolific hunter and trapper. Even 10-15 years after his death I am still randomly meeting people who knew him. I had a new neighbor that knew him. I applied for a job and my boss' boss' father hunted w/ my grandfather. And gramps didn't live anywhere near me, ever. Prolific hunter. But he Never kept trophies. Not ever. You hunt to live and he lived in the wildey. He taught my dad to hunt. My dad taught me. First lesson- thank the animal and show it respect and honor it, and never kill the odd ones- albino animals etc. They are sacred. It's like killing god's chosen- you don't do it.

People hunt in the past for food not trophies I would hunt the animal if I was really hungry and had no choice to do it for survival they live for us to eat we should be thankful for god who created animal for us to eat not to hunt for fun.

Watched the original cartoon as a kid then be in to the same jungle many times and now a real film , mowgli is a childhood memory ❤❤❤❤

Ey it's mogli from the jungle book, I saw this movie a while ago at 2017

I have the jungle book originally written by a England man that went back to India Rudyard Kipling and rewritten by Nicola Bailey and the Jacket illustrations the movie is so similar to the original story book when it was published in 1894 and rewritten in 2005.

Great movie, i wanna do a cartoon version of it

Actually Mowgli's wolf father wasn't given much screen time in this movie. He had a little more in the early 90s anime series but that's it.

I never read the original Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling, but I assume you are right. I remember hearing that Disney himself added in king Luis, and he wasn't in the book. So the fact that this version doesn't have him makes it at least that much more accurate.

i read the book for this movie

I have seen both movies. I have read The Jungle Book many times. Neither keep to the book. Anyone who watches the movies will decide which mowgli they like I liked the 2016 Mowgli and which movie they like better. Some of 2018 is good but way off the novel 2016 has better Bageera but goes off way off the novel or story. I tilt towards 2016 Jungle Book But 2018 is good in places. I would blend the two.

This is a great story..love stories with animals.. and when the hunter was killed by the elephants..i said good.. hunting is barbaric.. and so is fishing.. but this movie is really good to watch
