You Wont Believe What I Saw In The Ocean. (Nakupenda Zanzibar, Tanzania)
It was my last few days on the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania and the east part of Africa. Today I was about to head out to 2 islands further out, Bawe and Nakupenda. They are two famous islands outside of Stone Town in the west part of Zanzibar, also close to prison Island where you can see the huge turtles. My time in Zanzibar had been really amazing after visiting the most famous places, Kendwa and Nungwi, but I will be heading out to the Maldives next. It might take some time before the next video comes up.

My 2nd comment on this subject. William has become my 'trainer'...and has inspired me to new physical heights (for an old dog of 72). Watching his videos for long time, and often he'll put in 'fitness' tips....especially using whatever is available for the exercise. I'm in Day 29 straight of a minimum of 50 pushups per day. (Without changing my minimum, I kept adding numbers). I'm now doing 150 pushups per day these last few days. Sets of 25, then do some other exercise, then 25...etc. Finally, I use his suggestion to KEEP GOING WHEN IT HURTS...and that's how I've gotten to 150...THANKS WILLIAM...
