I was just saying the samething, often times i find Rissa trying to make the situation "pretty" but i love how honest & raw Quan is with his emotions & experience with being a parent.

It’s so hard to be mad at Shine because he’s so cute and the fact he was trying to help would’ve made my heart melt 🥺 #TeamRissQuanShineAndSaviour

I'm glad Shine is fine. Being a mom of 4 boys, I know what it is. 😂😂😂. When you don't hear them for 2 seconds, you better run and check on them 😂😂😂

I feel your pain! I've got a 2 year old and a 4 year old, and they get into everything. Believe me, it can get worse, once Savior comes of age. Hide your pens, pencils, markers, and especially your Sharpies. 🙏🏾

Why wouldn’t they be upset tho? Imagine if he did it in the couch 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 That is expensive… My advice is to never buy your kids crayons…. Or if you do make sure you save them in a place where they can’t reach 🤦🏻‍♀️

Rissa, Quan, if you haven't gotten this advice, here goes and hope it helps: Simple Green spray works miracles on everything except I don't know about walls. For the walls, water based paint and plenty of Kilz first, usually works wonders. I feel another vacation, a stay at a hotel, family stay over or just a lot of ventilation for this one. Appliance-wise, there of a different type pledge for equipment that might help. Other than that, check with your local computer or office supply store, they usually have cleaning supplies that can work wonders. But start with Simple Green. That stuff works! How far it goes I don't know but what I've tried it on so far is 👌🏽! Good luck and God bless!

@Rissa never use Clorox on fabric furniture. It takes out the color. Selsa water, seven up or any white soda works and will not ruin the fabric. Let me know if this works for you.

Lol...Kids especially toddlers are ALWAYS getting into things they should so don't be so hard on yourselves and just be mindful of their actions...they WATCH EVERYTHING you do around them because they pick up everything they see and hear 😅. This is perfectly normal, kids write ✍️ on wall and other things in the house because they are exploring all their options. Every child does this between the ages of one and a half up to sometimes 5 years old , some stop sooner. But just keep letting him know that he needs to write on the paper. Don't worry it will slow down, but remember kids are sneaky and they test their limits and the more he see you guys are serious he will stop and color in a coloring book and on paper. This was so understandable. Thank you Quan and Rissa for sharing this with us, but all of this is perfectly normal. Just a side note, kids love to pull things down over them and just period, it wise to put things so far back on tables and counter so they won't hurt themselves or other's. Yeah, Shine is so intelligent and he is at the age he wants to explore and learn even more things. Don't feel guilty, but now you guys know you really got to keep a eye on him, because he is really going to be exploring a lot of things ,he's at that age. Toddler for sure. Oh the joys of having kids!!! Lol! My son did the same! It gets worse too, there will be more stories to tell and more things to get ruined 🤣 my youngest son is 12 now and he STILL be ruining my furniture 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 you shoukd get one of them no mess coloring pads you lay on the floor and they can scribble all over it and if they try to write on furniture or walls it doesn't show up. This was a great story time!!! Love the real and raw! You two are the only content creators I see that are literally real and honest!!

My jaw definitely dropped with the bleach in the eyes. Glad everything was okay, even that little piece of crayon, he could’ve choked on it, just glad nothing worse happened. Omgee welcome to parenthood! First tip' its not that serious, yes it is expensive furniture, but at the end of day, your babies mean more. Second, make repairs and do cleaning when they are asleep! The walls and chairs can wait! Third, them coloring and writing all over everything is so healthy and perfect- and wanting to help you clean should be celebrated and used as a lesson learned. Enjoy these years, please and dont get angry! These are precious years and this is supposed to happen! Make it an experience for their beautiful developing brains....❤

It sounds to me though, and I'm sure you heard this, Shine is going though what they call the terrible 2's. We're they do alot of acting out.
