Loved the video. we are moving from Australia to Thailand this September. Never heard of Phatthlung before but will definitely take a look at it. I am going to buy dog and cat treats. What a lovely idea. Thanks for sharing you are amazing. I only ever saw one of your videos 9 years ago. The nutella star bread. Was a great hit. But lost the recipe. Found you again and am so glad I did. Cheers mate. xxx

Brother, if I could Thumbs-Up 100 times for your food travels, I would! I am soo invigorated to travel in yer footprints to taste the foods. I had chance while in the USN to taste many local delights, but didn't, as I was Young & Silly. I wasted my own youth on myself. Watching yer vids has started me trying some of these foods in my own kitchen, and I thank you & Michelle for the kick in the pants!

Looks so good 😋. You've just persuaded me to book at our local Thai restaurant, called Bea's Thai Restaurant. Bea is lovely and very talented chef ❤. I think your mushrooms were enoki , they are amazing, loads of fantastic health properties
