Maria has started a school of us that are going to be Ukrainian housewives/preservers.

Looking at Maria, I realize how little is needed for happiness. The healthy life it shows, its value, wonderful recipes, peace and all without stress. Wonderful!

My comments from 7 months ago were lost, but rewatching this episode was just as much a treat! The soup lookes fabulous, and the pasties ,perfect! River in full spate, and lovely Irma running around enjoying the snow. What more can we ask for? Maria's little smile at the end is like a benidiction. Wonderful photography and expertly produced. I marvel at how self sufficient and capable these women are. Closest you can come to this type of food is to shop at walmart and let your sweety take it out of a box and warm it up in your new convection, air fryer, induction stove top range!

Her meals are always appetizing and the pate filled buns today looked mouth watering! I always enjoy the stews Maria makes as well. What did Maria make the pate from and how was it seasoned? Would it be possible -when the time is right- to produce a cookbook of her recipes? I realize it would be costly, but perhaps those of us who enjoy the video's could help to pay for the books to be produced.? I would take five if not more. Also, please tell Maria, I really love and enjoy her little smile at the end of her video's.

Working with the cabbage Making the bread , fetching the water! ( I'd have to take a drink right from the well!!!!) So fresh, clear, cold refreshment! When you read my comment, you'll notice all the extra that is done, just to eat. While I'm.grateful for my way of life, as it is ,now, I have also lived with pumping your own water, yo cook. Wash do laundry, bathe. Our clothes were hung out on a line, bread was baked.... Venison canned. I miss that. We see you working so hard, but its second nature to you. Your days must be long. My dear lady ❤️ You are a young woman who reminds me so much of the cooking my late Mother did. The soup was something exactly what she would make along with the fried bread. My Father was the one who pickled cabbage, though he shredded it beforehand. He would have been interested in doing it with the whole head like you just to see what difference it might make. Será que ela mora sozinha? Pq eu fico imaginando pra onde vai essa grande quantidade de comida..

Está sopa me deu água na boca, e o pastel tbm , fiquei até inspirada para cozinhar.
