Very pretty! Definitely going to put this one in my project lineup. I can't decide if i want to make a light sweater from this or a blanket/throw. I have so many pretty patterns saved up that I'm never going to get them all made so I'm considering doing a "sampler" throw....crocheting blocks of each pattern in the same size & then assembling them all into one throw...kind of like you do with granny squares.

I'm still struggling with doing a granny square! 😭 I'm still new to Crochet but have been knitting for years and trying to learn crochet has made it a small challenge but I don't give up easily especially when my 10yr old daughter wants to learn how to do it with me😊

Both my nana and my mum taught me at 7 years of age. That was 37 years ago for me. I used to watch both of them and wondered how they turned fine thread into awesome tablecloths. They put their heads together and got me Into it. I am now crocheting my wedding dress ❤

You're correct in that it is a beautiful pattern and I guess it has enough goin on in the stiches, but with simplicity, so as not to overwhelm someone, yet complicated enough so one has to stay engaged and therefore not become bored
