U use waist & hip divided by 4 Thigh divide by 2 Body rise which u get by sitting on the floor and measuring from the floor to waist this is the crotch measurement The square u start with is length from waist to the length u want And hip divide by 4 and the divide that by 6 which gives the ex extra bit for the crotch curve
