Wish the kitchen had more cabinets so you can place your dishes and other assorted land filled treasures.

Fairly nice home. The only thing I didn't like was the kitchen, not enough cupboards so the smallest of the guest bedrooms would have to be made into a pantry. The other change I would make is that the window in the primary bathroom would have to open to let some fresh air in. I really enjoy watching all your videos. Keep up the good work.

You are right! I am a little in love with this. I would put in shelves in that first smaller bedroom for a pantry and use its closet for vacuum, mop, broom, etc. Great floor plan!

I really like the home. All I need to find is some land, and just maybe I would consider this one.

I will start with the things I do like. The master suite is perfect, i would definitely pay extra for the tile shower. The secondary bedrooms are well proportioned and the utility room is okay, I really need more than just a wire rack above the washer and dryer. Now for the drawbacks. I'm not sure who designed that kitchen but it must have been someone who has NEVER cooked. There is hardly any storage, barely any drawers, it's almost like they said "our house is ready, oh wait we still need a kitchen". The peninsula should have at least been the same length as the opposite side of the kitchen wall, the way it is now makes it look lopsided. That's my opinion of the house, but you Nate once again did a beautiful job touring the house for us.

Hello Nate. Well when you first started showing the place and talking about it, I thought maybe this was the place for us. But...then you got into the Kitchen and then...well it's too bad. But I did love the Gas Fireplace in the living room. I'd move the door in the kitchen to the dining room; and then put another counter in the kitchen door spot. That microwave is too high for me and I can't climb; so as it is, I can't use it. It would go on the extra counter. But...I have to tell you that I like the Guest Bathroom a lot better than I do the Master Bathroom! The Vanity counter in the Master Bathroom is way to small for 2 sinks! I guess they expect everyone to be very small as there is no way someone my size could use that Commode in the Master Bathroom! I would hit the wall before I even sat down, so there's no way I could sit on it without doing so! What in the world were they thinking? That Master Bathroom would have to be completely redone for us to use it - well, for me to do so anyway. I guess I could put a Handicapped Tub/shower combo in the Guest Bathroom and use that one while my husband used the Master Bathroom. I don't really think he'd be very happy with it either though. I'd say that Timber Creek is listening to what the people want. It could use a few more drawers in the kitchen. Fix than and it's good to go.

There are a few things I would like changed: Flip the kitchen and dining room around, put a door into the first bedroom you showed from the kitchen and make that a big pantry and office area. You could also put a freezer in there. Put a walkdoor into the master closet from the bedroom and not from the bathroom. This would help with moisture and you could access the closet while someone is using the bathroom. Not sure what I would do with the guest bathroom. If you put in a tub/shower combo, what do you do with the extra space? Other than that, not a bad house.

I think it’s a good setup for someone who *needs* four bedrooms. I’d rather give up the 4th bedroom and have a pantry and more room elsewhere.

I'm not so sure. I have a few other Timber Creek homes on there that are full tape and texture, that are bigger and are just over 200K

@@NatesHomeTours If that house is $169k @ 1929 sq ft with drywall , gas fireplace and tile shower. That's a good price.

@@Biker65 based on previous ones and prices I would say its between $195-$205K. Yes that is over $200k but not by much.

It would be a lot nicer if the kitchen was different. As it’s shown it reminds me of a cafeteria.
