We just felt like East Drive has been over done but the footage was too good to keep to ourselves . That noise was definitely strange!!!

I will never get sick of 30 East Drive or Pool Park. I can sense the energy. If my mobility was better I would love to experience the vibes. But thanks to no nonsense investigators like yourselves you bring it to my home. It's about time I thank Griff and you Ste for all your work. Great video-I have already given it a Like in the past so I may have commented on this before. But I will follow your work whenever I have a night of watching UK ghost hunting.

As a Medium and educated in Paranomal Science..I got to give a "verdict " ..and sorry for being harsh ..but I am ALWAYS DIRECT AND FORWARD : I wonder why a lot of you so called paranormal Investigators always must have Demonic Tattoos ...You are supposed to help people and the lost souls....not an EGOTRIP in able to make yourself aware in front of others .! By having such inks on your bodies certainly wont help NOBODY...ONLY attract evil energy and demonic entities that will make the situation for the victims of Paranormal Activity even worse. And can cause not only them harm but also yourself. Now I have noticed that you dont Open your sessions of Investigations NOR CLOSE them ..NOT SMART ..because you will leave a trail of an open portal ..a whirlpool of souls ..that can follow you home and start messing with you..giving you nightmares, odd illnesses and Poltergeists and mental instability ..when do you new so called Paranomal Investigators learn the importance and simple rules ....! You leave peoples houses without closing the portals that you have been made by your equipment ...the lost souls are VERY tired ...and leaving it all behind is NOT the way of treating a lost and trapped soul ! In this case you didnt even call any experts in..nor a priest or shaman ...How do you think those families and places you are visiting are AFTER your visits ..when you do NOTHING to help the souls nor to close everything prober when done...? instead , you leave An open portal that you have opened where a whirlpool ..a mass portal of spirits..evil,as well as good and other not so good entities ...And no wonder if those poor souls wants revenge ..because you leave them trapped wide open ...They see you as Tornament- soul -keepers which they usually revenge the day you die by holding YOU back in the same zone as you did to them ..and I can tell you ..that place is a VERY painful place to be at ...so at least what yo can do is to let them go and close the mess and chaos you have opend ....The two women here are actually tornamenting a lost soul by constant calling it back ...have you ANY IDEA how much energy such soul has ? you can compare it as lifting a piece of paper but for them its 500 kg ..thats how much energy souls will have to use..and that hurts for a soul because it /they only wants rest ... and as said ..wearing Demonic tattoos only makes the good souls frighten and defensive and the bad more aggressive and could cause you harm of ANY KINDS ! PLEASE do yourself a favor..when open your investigations make the souls AWARE of WHY you are wearing those tattoos and they are not ment to harm nor attract evil spirits and that nor are you.....and do the same when closing your portals at the end of your investigations And make sure to give the souls their final rest by a shaman or Priest ,,if not...well then you have asked for trouble which ends in suicide, odd diseases , mental instability ..all ends with death !

Great footage guys! I love East Drive, that place is addictive, I loved working there with the guests so much, I really did. No 2 nights were ever the same but you could always tell the minute you stepped through the door what kind of night it was going to be, sometimes the energy was as thick as mustard. You know what Ste, it doesn't matter if people think it's been over done or are sick of seeing videos of the place, if they are well no one's forcing them to watch are they? You go to plenty of other places too. But East Drive is still producing good solid activity enabling you to make videos...& it still keeps calling you back 😉 I've always found the kitchen to be particularly active but most people disregard or miss the kitchen cos it's just the room where everyone dumps their bags & makes a brew. Always good to see you shitting yourself every now & then though 🤣. Keep up the great work guys ❤

You are right, it's always interesting how the atmosphere is different each time you walk in that place. We have had our fair share of experiences in the kitchen but recently we've been experiencing activity around the hall/bottom of the stairs. It will always be a great place to investigate 😀
