"You Went Dogging?!" | Peter Kay
Комедия
John is very shocked when Kayleigh reveals her 'dogging' exploits with next door neighbour, Ken!
From Car Share Series 1 Episode 2: John and Kayleigh are forced to take the morning off work due to the death of a long-standing colleague, the trolley pusher Old Ted. Kayleigh quizzes John about his funeral, but he says at 39, he's never thought about that. Kayleigh's friendship with her elderly next door neighbour Ken becomes a hot topic when Kayleigh misunderstands the definition of "dogging", assuming it means walking a dog. She insists the new trolley wrangler will never replace Old Ted, but when she sees him, he sparks some interest from her.

I love it how she's so nonchalant and deadpan about it. Partly because she didn't know what "dogging" meant, but the way she says it is truly hilarious.
I love Sian Gibson's transition from a bland "Drive on" into a totally panicked plea...the timing and delivery was just perfect! And Peter Kay's genuine laughter when Kenneth suggests they go dogging and her "I think we need to have a little chat" is gold. I'm in the U.S. and only recently discovered this show thanks to a post on a general Facebook Britcom fan page. I ended up binge-watching the whole series and thoroughly enjoyed it. This deserves a place among the true classics!

Some years ago, my local paper decided to investigate reports that dogging was going on in the woods behind a lay-by. They contacted the local plod, who told them they didn't believe it was true and to prove it, they would accompany a journalist up to said lay-by. When they got there, upon venturing into the woods, they found an old naked man tied to a tree with a placard round his neck. Written on the placard were the words "Do anything you want to me!" After that article, the lay-by was permanently closed with concrete bollards blocking the entrance - nobody has been able to go in there for about 10 years lol
