In the YSL trial on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel questioned Tick about the circumstances surrounding his plea agreement.
As seen in the previous video, Steel first asked about Trick switching lawyers (he wanted to go to trial but his lawyer's wife got cancer) and his three children with three women, then he asked about the condition inside the Fulton County Jail.
“While in the Fulton County Jail, how many times were you able to go outside in those seven or eight months?” Steel asked.
“The jail has windows. But you don’t go outside,” Tick answered.
“You were living in filth. Is that fair to say?” Steel asked.
“It was pretty filthy,” Tick answered.
Tick was released from jail the day he pleaded guilty in December 2022. (Steel points out that he’d already missed Christmas.) He was sentenced to time already served in jail, with eight years probation.
