These are the tastiest meatballs in tomato sauce I've ever eaten. Be sure to save this recipe for yourself and try to cook from my recipe. Any set can be used. I took boiled rice. You can take mashed potatoes, pasta or boiled vegetables. Everything turns out delicious with this sauce. They are very easy and quick to prepare. I like to add pork to ground beef to make the patties higher in calories and juicier. And with colorful peppers, they also become very beautiful. They can also be served at the festively set table. Bell pepper yellow 1/2 pc.
Sweet red pepper 1/2 pc.
Sweet green peppers 1/2 pc.
Hard cheese 100 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
vegetable oil.
Onion 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Flour 2 tsp with hill.
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
water 250ml
Salt.
Sugar.
ground pepper.
Oregano.
Put the meatballs in the sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
rice 1 cup.
water 1.5 cups.
Salt.
Cook covered.
On low heat until the water evaporates.
Coriander.

Made it last week and loved it. Had to write up the directions in a recipe (had to convert amounts to ounces and cups) to make it easier rather than having to watch the video in fits and starts to work my way through. Great recipe; loved it and will make it again.

I love how you describe the teaspoons of flour as ‘teaspoons with a hill.’ At first when I read it, I was trying to think of what that meant. Then when I saw what you did, I realized you meant what we in the USA call heaping teaspoons. Glad I watch the video!

My fathers family and most of my Mom’s family are German. I only know a few words in German, but wish I had learned the language. My Dads Dad was from Schneidermule (probably wrong spelling), which is now Pila, Poland after WW11.
