► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
10 g gelatin + 40 ml cold water
let it sit
35g instant coffee
120g sugar
140 ml ice water
400 ml cream (33-36%)
80g condensed milk
Melt the swollen gelatine
33% cream 400 ml (1.5 cups)
Savoyardi cookies
You can decorate with cocoa
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
The dessert has an invigorating coffee taste.
