Today marks 5 years since m.j. overdosed . My youngest son will be 4 on the 21st . I am embracing her journey and my spiritual path as a chance to give a both of us a better more beautiful existence . We were brought up in the Appalachians , religion was a major point from my mother's mothers side and yet healing with the hands and breath were long forgotten from my mother's father's side . The 2 full Moons in Capricorn has been very cataclysmic for me in cancer season imo because I have Lilith in Capricorn and the isolation was actually a trait I identified with after been doing so for so long . I've recently connected with a couple of people and I'm slowly emerging because of both the awareness (thank you so much btw ) and the support from these people . They've actually called me out on it and gave me the opportunity to be myself , be accepted and encouraging situations for me to get out there and enjoy life again .

This is definitely something that we have to learn but man it’s really hard. There are many levels and layers that you have to work through one by one. This has been especially hard for me. It’s like standing naked in front of a mirror, getting comfortable so that you can walk through the door to the outer world wearing nothing but your vulnerability. Great message 🙏🏻💛✨

about a year ago I had this vision of the kind of person I could be, the unconditional love I could offer anyone, and it felt so different from who I was, but I've done so much healing and learning to care about myself since then that I it doesn't feel so unattainable anymore.

❤❤❤ me as well.. depleted to the point where I've shut everyone else out and had to quit my job to focus on healing. Cancer Moon 🌙 I feel everyone and just want them to be happy, so I've overextended trying to balance everyone else out and people please so I don't get attacked (stems from early ongoing childhood abuse extending to relationship abuse pattern in adult life). Now with just my kitties, can focus on untangling all the knots and laying them out, healing, thanking and releasing.

I believe this is for me....I am blocked right now, and am realizing more inner child introspection is needed for this layer. Family had planted seeds in me of self doubt, no healthy emotional connections, and fear. I am starting to heal it, and am grateful another layer is revealing it to me. Sending love and gratitude!!!

What I'm seeing in those 2 cards is that the entire "give all of self to serve others" empathic approach serves two purposes: 1) self-protection. If you are focusing on others, you are making darned sure that their focus is on themselves and NOT you (because when ppl focus on you, you're apt to get hurt). 2) you can avoid dealing with your own issues because you're so busy distracting yourself with others' problems. This means you don't have to feel the messy feelings...and risk getting hurt because you were trained early on that you aren't allowed to have your own feelings unless they're happy or nurturing sorts of feelings. (Speaking core wounding of being raised by a narcissist). Unfortunately, the result is that not only are you emotionally abandoned by those who are supposed to love you unconditionally, you are also abandoning yourself. Over and over again. Every single time you choose to nurture somebody else over yourself, you are refusing your own need for nurture. And yes, it IS a hidden problem, because it is masked by being such a loving and giving person to everybody else. And because, in this scenario, you have been raised that YOU don't matter, your feelings don't matter, your ONLY purpose on God's green earth is to make everybody else happy...you learn to forget about yourself. You may not even develop a "self" of your own, in extremely toxic family systems. Thank you so much for helping to put all of these pieces together finally! I had the pieces, but couldn't find the coherence... And this is why I became a virtual hermit, because I still have trouble with setting and maintaining boundaries...and now I know why and how to fix it! Thank you for taking this up :-). Very nice to have this topic re-opened. I started self developement in 1985...but only 5 years ago I finally got this cleaned up to a point where change/self protection became fully incoorperated in me...where the dark night of the soul became a blessing door to discovery of programs my parents had hidden in me :-). Forgiveness, healing, back to loving them...and picking out the good stuff they were trying to give me and making it to my advantage and self-love. Both Reiki and Hoóponopono have helped me a lot....but also meditation and standing in authentication is amazing keys for me.

This is for me! I am literally almost done with healing my vibration is high and there’s some healing still coming through. I am holding back of something from the past. But I am pushing through it! Thank you I needed this! 💜

I've been thinking a lot about how I overprotect myself and how it keeps me at a distance from others....and getting the connection I so deeply desire. This reading was perfect timing for me 🙏

It has been a challenge to heal through the betrayal of someone I loved very much. The hardest part is working really hard on not allowing my heart to grow cold and closed off but to process a lot of pain while realy really trying to remain focused on being heart centred. My Path leads me down another dark depth which is as you said common with dark feminine aspects and/or the solar plexus with a splash of empathic healing. I cant tell any Details, but its crazy and Im fighting myself alot over it, but theres also times I try to embrace it and just go for it. Also kept seeing before this alot of 777, 17 and very many 1111. Now that the new beginning is basically here, its again to 17 and 777 which is spiritual growth. Shit is crazy and Im genuinely very scared, but if it scares me I should jump fully into it.

This is brilliant confirmation for me. Thank you for all the work you're sharing. Truly! 🙏🏻 It feels like I am walking through this experience and as I reach a new checkpoint (level of insight or layer of the onion) a signpost pops up as one of your readings to say, "Yes. Your GPS has led you to this viewing platform information board to confirm that you have indeed reached this destination". These readings feel like they are building the story of this journeying and "diving into the abyss" work. I always picture a viral meme when I think of subconscious work where there's a diver in a dark underwater cave or trench and at the bottom is a luminescent treasure of some kind that they're diving for (soul/inner child retrieval). I also really appreciate your interpretations as you unpack the reading and it's as I would describe it, including today's description of ascension and descension. Descension for me is the movement of the feminine energy into form. The trickle down effect. I also read cards based on what I'm drawn to, shown, etc and it can often have nothing to do with the traditional archetypal meaning. Your telling my story... I am just having trouble with telling people no. I take care of everyone to the point where I suffer sometimes. I think that I'm afraid to say no. Like it makes me less of a friend or less dependable. However, being disabled and dependent on others, where do I find that line? I have been working diligently and desperately to figure out where the lines should lay. I'm no closet now than I was 20 years ago! I mean, I hope that I am, but I really just don't feel it. Sending you big hugs, love. The "no" is really hard to learn if you've always had to be the "yes". A lot of people feel guilty. May I suggest instead of racking your brain, take an observational stance. If there are people around you that you feel have very good boundaries, start studying them. When do they say no and what kinds of things do they say no to. Are they the things you want to say not to? Or are your needs different. I know that sometimes watching others and their utilization of boundaries can really help some people. Just an idea.
