Visited landmark 81 when I was in sai gon. Super Nice, nothing like it in the US

how about renting a house vs an apartment/condo? which do you think is feasible... ??

I have housing videos the quality of houses is pretty poor compared to these style apartments. Plus ur dealing with chickens , dogs etc

Hello. We want to relocate from to Ho chi minh at next 2 weeks. And looking for studio. Still didn't choose the district. But we love high floor architecture. To get feeling of metropolis (like Hong Kong, Shenzhen) or near these type of places. Can you help to find something with this requirements. Price around 7-9 million.

Its a given that your landlord will keep your deposit because of the air con. Like you said they are trying to get back lost covid money as quick as possible and think nothing of it

never lost a deposit in my whole life nor will I. Aircon has been broke from day 1 and established with landlord
