Honestly, I wasn’t sold on the Rollo because of that extra label holder thing. That is…. until you showed it printing out 5 labels in a row. My jaw dropped. It didn’t even blink. I want it lol.

Yeah it was super fast! I also don't think it's that big a deal unless you have to constantly pack it up like I do because of limited space. I also got my Rollo from amazon warehouse for like 170 so it was still cheaper than on sale DYMO with the additional piece.

Thanks Allie!! This is a great question and probably warrants a whole video,b ut here are what I think are the basic levels. First - Just the amazon app. You can learn a lot about your products just by scanning them there, but you won't get things like keepa charts, and it's a little more of a hassle to see what potential profit would be if you include shipping. You could also list everything just with amazon as well, and when you sign up, if you think you'll be selling at least 40 units per month, the pro plan would be best so you don't have to pay $1 for every sale. If you want to get all the softwares to make life easier these are the main functions I look for. 1 - Scouting software to see sales rank, potential profit (accounting for shipping it in), and keepa chart if possible. I use scoutify2 for that, and scoutIQ but you could also just get a keepa subscription instead of Scout IQ. I don't NEED all the features of Keepa, jsut the chart, so I just use the integrated chart ScoutIQ has. Scoutify2 is a part of inventorylab which is the next main software. 2 - Listing and managing inventory. You can do all that on Amazon itself, but it's a little less intuitive and user friendly thatn inventorylab. You can list items, get shipments and track your inventory performance (sales and how much you have left of something) all in inventorylab. 3 - Repricing. Once you start to make a good bit of sales, or when you don't want to continually go back and change prices on your items, you'll want something that can do that for you. I've used 2 so far, and have a playlist of 2 videos where I switched from the one to the other. But I currently use BQool and really like it. These will start to add up in price, the monthly price of each is Inventorylab/Scoutify 2 (they come together) - $49 ScoutIQ - $14 BQool - $25-$100. I use the $100 plan because the repricing options have AI repricing which I've seen is a bit better, but you can also create your own repricing rules and use a cheapaer one. If you are interested, I have free trials for all of these in the description and for BQool, just reach out to the company and let them know I sent you and they'll give you a longer free trial with the $100 plan instead of the $50 one. If you don't go with any of this that's fine, just hope I could be helpful!

Does the rolo come with any program for custom labels? im in need of one that will allow me to make expiration dates. Dymo has this but i cant seem to find any other thermal printers that have programs

I'm not sure of that, but you can reprint anything in a different size. If you make a label on canva or photoshop or something, you can just print a bunch of them in whatever size label you have. That's what I do!

other than dymo now has drm on the paper i dont see how dymo can know if you are using other brand labels unless they can forensically analyze the dust shed off the labels when they feed through the printer.
