...No... I don't know any Demons of Razgriz, what are you talking about?

Dang AC5 really made you feel like a legend. I loved the Razgriz moniker, story, and the reverence everyone learned to speak of the protagonist about. AC 6 and 7 did the same, but not to the same extent, IMO.

i always love games that make you actually feel like the main character, the way they recognize how much work you put in in ac7 is awesome and really refreshing

Ciper from Zero also comes to mind. "Demon Lord of the Round Table". The ending summed up the player/protagonist so well: "Nobody knew much about him, but whenever they spoke of him, they all had a slight smile on their faces. And that was the answer I have been looking for."

People keep saying words like Ofnir and Razgriz and I imagine Blaze rapidly rocking left and right in his cockpit, lips pursed, eyes bulging and desperately trying to not reply with "offa nirs nutz" and "razgreez nutz".

If they had some chat box sorta thing, the conversation would go like this: Ofnir Squadron: are you the Demons of Razgriz? Blaze: L bozo + lol no + who asked Ofnir Squadron: ok then die anyways

What if you said no when Yuktobanian Destroyer Chuda asks the same question? Same for the Warmonging Osean fleet?

Now all I can imagine is Heimeroth pointing a GSh-18 or USP at Blaze’s F-14.

Ah yes, when the game makes you feel like a fighter pilot God, instead of yelling at you like a prisoner (who somehow has access to 9th gen fighter jets with superweapons).

AC7 has a lot of story problems but I thought the prison arc was actually a fun change of pace.

TBH project aces probably didn’t like the mechanic, since it’s not in any other AC game.
