For studying, now in an online lesson, it is always annoying when there is only silence against the background of conversations. It's easier with music. Thank you ♡ (Sorry if the sentences are written incomprehensibly, I translated some words through a translator, I don't know English well. By the way, greetings from Russia. The video is very comfortable.)

Francesco Petrarca (better known in English as Petrarch) was a Medieval Italian poet and historian. One of his masterpieces is a letter to posterity, meditating upon the age in which he was living (the 14th Century) and expressing the hope that future generations would live in a better world. For some reason, this playlist allows me to get into his head, to feel what he did in that moment and form a direct connection with him, despite the gap of seven centuries that separates us. Thank you so much for allowing me to do that. :)

Why does this makes me feel like I'm falling in love with the ghost of that old mansion? 🖤
I flipped the page when a splatter of water drops hit the paper, making me look up. The boy who stood over me was lanky, dressed in the academy uniform. His sleeves were rolled up to his elbows so you could see his pale skin and long fingers that traced over a couple of words on my book pages. His face was always obscured by a pail on his head. That pail was what caused water to drip on my book. Water always dripped from it, show casing the boy's death. The other kids at the school called him 'Pail head' it was his ghostly title, since he haunted the abandoned halls near the older part of the school. But I knew him by his actual name. "I'm reading about a princess who runs away to serve a dragon." I told him as he set a translucent hand over the pages, gently. Then he tapped lightly at his wrist, and I looked at the clock. "I've been reading for perhaps an hour." I answered. Then he closed my book, pushing it off my lap. "Hey." I giggled as he then held out a hand for mine. Shaking my head with a little smile, I took his hand. He was nothing but air really, but I could feel pressure around my hand, like a strong breeze squeezing my palm as he pulled me to my feet. He didn't mind me reading, but he never let me read for too long. It wasn't what he enjoyed doing with me around. I stumbled a bit as he pulled me towards him and he raised my hand, twirling me about. I laughed as he whirled me around, prancing about the room with a livelier dance than what I was used to. Memories flooded my mind of happier times he had as a child. That was good, I was glad to see he had experienced some happiness in his life. I didn't mind dancing with him. Even though I wasn't good at it, somehow he made up for that. He made it fun. The only downside was when it ended. The bell rang after a while, and we had to stop. I gripped his hand tighter now, even as he slipped it from me. His memories fading along with any warmth that had been in my body. I was always left so cold inside afterwards. After spending so much time with him, I'd gotten used to it. But...I still didn't like it.

I think your English is doing alright. Trust me it wasn't easy to learn English from the day we start to speak. We talk in our own ways. But it would also help a lot of people that don't speak the same language as you. So we can learn with each other even if its with a stranger. Someone you dont know might ask you for help and when someone doesnt know what they are saying it makes it more difficult to understand what they want or need. So we like to study and learn how to speak a specific language so you can get along with the ones that don't speak your original language as you. Sorry for long reply but I cant help but type dont what's on my mind. I like to tell stories and teach random strangers on the internet knowledge that I know, but don't know how I know. Its like a gift that has been given to me since birth. Anyways again sorry and sorry that I say sorry a lot. Big habit of mine growing up 😅

I've always loved studying in the library. About 5 years ago there was a fire that destroyed it, but luckily they found no one inside, or worse. After a year the library was up again, but the cause of the fire was not yet understood. It is not even possible to formulate plausible hypotheses, since both librarians were there that day. It wasn't a big library, so it's understandable that it caught fire quickly. Anyway, one day I decided to go back to studying in the library. It had been a long time since I went back and a lot of changes had been made. The environment seemed much colder and darker. I went upstairs and looked for the usual table where I used to study. In its place was a glass case containing an old leather-bound book with strange symbols on the cover. A little further on I found a table and started studying. Hours passed, and without realizing it was midnight. That was weird, the last time I came, the time was scheduled to close at eight pm. I got up and went downstairs to check if Kate, the librarian, was still there. On her desk was her purse, her keys, her phone and a strange stick with the same symbols I had seen on the cover of the book. They will be symbols of the library, I thought, and Kate will be arranging some books. After all, during the reconstruction they had enlarged the building and I still had to explore it all. There were a few lanterns, quite distant from each other, to illuminate the environment with a faint light. I loved the atmosphere. I decided to stay until closing, even if I didn't know the time. Kate, before closing, would check if anyone was inside, right? I went back upstairs to study, but as soon as I got to the top of the stairs I got a severe headache. I decided to rest for a moment. I sat down, resting my head on the table, and closed my eyes. A gust of cold air took me full and I stood up, confused. I saw no windows or doors, no possible source of that current of air. I was starting to want to leave that place, after all it was very late. But as I approached the stairs a white shadow appeared in front of me. I held back a muffled cry and fell to the ground. Like a fool, I curled up, hoping it was just a hallucination from exhaustion. When I tried to get up, hoping to be able to run away, I saw that figure again. Looking at her better she had a human form, her face had feminine features, but from the waist down it dissolved, in ... smoke? Dust? Light? I didn't understand. The ghost girl pointed to the chair where I was sitting just before her and made a book appear out of nowhere, made of the same material she was made of, identical to my history book. Did you want to study with me? Did you want me to read you a paragraph of what I was studying? Unsure, I sat down, and she came close to me, floating. She pointed to paragraph 3 and I started reading it. Dozens of other ghosts appeared from the shelves, and they all began to listen. I was very nervous, but I read the paragraph to the end. They seemed interested in the image of the city on fire ... flames ... ghosts ... I'm studying in the bookstore. I turned to them and called Kate. The ghost girl I had first seen approached me again. I recognized her. But who were all the other ghosts ... none had died in the fire, apart from Kate evidently. And if she was dead, who was the girl I had seen at the entrance that afternoon, when I arrived at the library ...? I will continue the story when I have time, now I have to go to study history. And remember... I'm still alive...

Have you heard of The theory of the Tartarian Empire? Your piece of fiction may have tapped into something far more esoteric than you realise.
The night was young. Once upon a time, it was only you and I stuck under scared blue light, momentarily laying under the sign that signified our time. The sirens whaled on as I longingly looked into your eyes. My love, I'll escape this night without you. Leaving only the whisper of your name dangling in the air. The wind will carry these last words away. My soul fleeting slowly behind. Hear me at night, as you open your window and feel the stilled air waiting for a sign. Close all the windows, shut out the past. Please forget me, forget these tried and true nights. Say goodbye. The signs are written on my heart, that heart that has now been faded. Blow the ashes away and forever be saved.

Why do I feel like whenever I read the comments to these kinds of videos, "studying in a haunted library/castle", that I know the people in these comments? Like we just get each other, because we all came here in search for a place of serene solitude, still as we choose to connect with people who also need someone to connect with. Get it? Like we meet through a dimension of music, with a mutual understanding of each other's feelings and wishes. And I love that.

Pov:Studying as the dimming of lights faded from a warm orange glow to a mysterious violet the flickering desk light provided assistance as flicked my eyes from one page of the browning pages to the other. The warm scent of faded cinnamon and books filled the air. Felt like home. Quiet, and inviting. The morning filled with the tapping of feet as they searched for their books or tapped away on their computers. The night was quiet and serene. Sitting at the desk on my own the inviting tune of a lonely piano key was playing off in the distance. I wanted to listen to its sad but lovely tune but sadly the sound of a phone buzzing brought me out of my thoughts. Time to go home. Maybe another night I’ll follow the beautiful tune.

POV: It was nearly dawn, the moon singing the last of her lullabies. You get out of bed, and put on your robe. Your legs take you down the trail they have memorized through the stairs and hallways dimly lit by the grey light coming through the floor to ceiling windows, just enough to see the statues sitting on the left side. Frozen, waiting to be looked at. Eyes unseeing, you keep walking until you reach the library. The smell of old paper and ink greets your nose. Memories flood your mind. Images of hugging hands, searching eyes and pounding heartbeats. A sigh escapes your lungs, you miss them, and every cell in your body knows it. Feels it. You close your eyes, and it feels as if they're there. Just for a second, you can almost feel their hands drawing up the falling robe up your shivering shoulder. Just for a second. They said it would be hard, to lose a soulmate. They didn't say it would be your undoing. An end to your life without a death. A crime to your soul. I HOPE UU LIKE ITTT :))
The piece played at 30:05 was sounding familiar to me when one refrain in the piece brought it to me. It was used in a European horror movie "Terror Creatures From The Grave (1965)" and had some very bad lyrics written for it explaining how pure water would cure a plague. Bad movie, Bad lyrics, but a very nice piece of music.
Fourteen-year-old Sam Evans walked to the library, looking around warily. The small town had a history of the paranormal, and she certainly didn't want to encounter any spooks. Especially not the one who starred in just about every local folk ghost story she could imagine. She shuddered at the thought of meeting him. C'mon, only a few more feet, she thought. Thankfully, she didn't have to hightail it for the bridge leading to the old cemetery. No headless spirit on horseback had pursued her. Sam breathed a sigh of relief as she reached the door of the library. She fiddled with one of her dark brown braids and then stepped inside, grateful to be out of the rain. Finding an empty desk in the study hall, she plopped herself down in the chair, set down her backpack, pulled out her laptop, and began to study. She had a test due on Monday. And it was on science--her least favorite subject. She'd been there for about half an hour when she noticed another girl in the room. She had long dark hair in a messy side braid, pale skin, and green eyes. Sam guessed the mystery girl was around thirteen. "Hey," Sam greeted. The girl merely waved with a friendly smile on her face. Then she spoke. "What's your name?" "Sam." "I'm Alex. Guess I'm not the only one here who goes by a more tomboyish nickname." She's got braces! Sam noticed. Like me. "Whatcha studying?" Alex asked. Sam let out a long melancholy sigh. She really needed to focus, but Alex seemed like a cool person to talk to. "Science," she moaned. "I have a test on Biology." "Oof." The girl shook her head in sympathy. "Well, good luck, Sam! I have to study too." Sam never quite learned much about her companion until one day a couple of months later. While checking out some articles, she noticed an obituary that caught her eye. The picture of the girl who died matched Alex completely. It had to be a crazy coincidence. Sam's dark eyes suddenly widened with shock and then fear. The words that caught her eye read: ALEXANDRA "ALEX" JANICE MURRAY October 31st, 2008 - November 3rd, 2021 She gasped. She'd been studying with a ghost.

i was at a hotel recently, and ive had so much trouble sleeping in them. i fell asleep that night though, and when i woke up, i saw this shadow sitting on the side of my bed, his back towards me, his head turned and staring at me. i just stared at him. i guess i felt this sense of acknowledgment he was real. i guess it felt paternal in a way. it was strange. i spent so much time running from the voices and them and to just fall asleep that night in a new city, where i dont remember anymore, and still see that presence...it was a strange moment. for a short time i felt we were one in the same, though in a different city, different time. a delusion but it felt like we knew each other somehow.

Fantastic! I love the blending of each section to the next one. Seamless in the best way. I'm using this as my theme for Halloween as I hand out candy. Thank you for posting this lovely, yet spooky, music.
Because of your playlist, i fell in love with "Aroma". I keep humming it and forgetting where I heard it, like, "Oh is this from a movie? Why am i singing it?" and its so frustrating because there are no lyrics lol.
Al these ads are ruining it
I have gone through multiple playlists today trying to find the right one, and this one is perfect. Its so calming and warm, the rain in the background is a great addition

Only if this never ends, I'll study till forever ends
If I were to create a scene in my head with a ghost in a library..I would imagine a library much like the one in the castle in beauty and the beast..hundreds upon hundreds of books on seemingly endless shelves. The ghost would have shoulder length dark hair pulled into a low ponytail held back with a royal blue silk ribbon. He would be wearing a medieval era white cotton shirt with grey pants. I would imagine him teaching me to dance by a crackling fireplace while a piano plays itself in the background..his dark eyes both mysterious and intoxicating..his subtle smiles and gentle touches flip my stomach…”we will always be best friends..” ❤❤
I am in fact, doing homework in my school library, tired, almost sleeping with this playlist but its wonderful 😭

Has anyone else read Piranesi by Susanna Clarke? I can't look at marble statues the same way anymore.
I heard 'A Silent Spark' and immediately thought that the rest of the album would be here I listen far too much to Heart of the River of the Sun😂
okay, that's kinda fascinating
The Light House I watch enveloped in envy as the winds continued their expedition through the overgrown coffee hair of the man I had chosen to spend the rest of my life with secluded away. It was already past the usual time for his haircut but I’d been pushing it back for my own contentment. He’d let the birds use his hair as a miniscule playground. Speaking of birds, I think they liked him more when he had longer hair. I make this mental note as I watch Rio hop and land onto his head, a free estate of theirs. He knew he’d have to detangle his hair some time later but for now he enjoyed the additional attention, moving as little as he can. I was itching to approach the fence and just join the birds at playing with his sun dyed coffee hair. But- “coo”; Bobo had just gotten cozy in my lap and it would be a crime to have to move him. So I let Bobo continue to use my muffler as a blanket and he continued to nibble at my finger. He was trying to eat any leftover rice crisp treat leftover from earlier from my fingertips. His rose tinted beak nipped gently against my thinning aged skin. Bobo’s nibbles had interrupted my knitting. I was working at making Archie another scarf for the nearing winter but from the looks of it this one was going to Bobo too; just like the other three. The white color of the scarf looked cozy on the milk tea Bobo it was tucked around and into. Bobo had a particular habit or if I may say; courtesy: to kiss my hand before taking food from it. A bird who could stabilize any racing heart. Archie on the other hand was resting his chin on his arm against the century old iron railing, petting the grey-white feathers of Lulu, while the other thirteen pigeons shared rice krispy treats among themselves. From the back he still looked like the man I’d come here with; not a day older than sixty-five. I wanted to shout to him about being careful and not leaning too much, but I knew it would disturb Bobo who had just shut his orange eyes. Bobo’s velutinous little chest heaved up and down gently with both his wings tucked in. I pulled the scarf so it covered a little more of his little cashmere head. I had to fight off the urge to turn Bobo over so he’d lie on his back and I could give him belly rubs. If a bird bares their stomach to you, rest assured they trusts you with their life. Instead, I tucked Bobo further into the scarf and shifted so I could rock him from the sun. A sound of wings against the winds and Archie, my husband turns around eagerly about to tell me something. As the sun fell on his face, you could tell apart the places where time had kissed him on his face. The eyes and smile lines of a golden retriever, with an everlasting grin; the one of a happy man. Streaks of grey hair visible in the sun, falling over the only part of the face that still held its youth; his dark almond eyes. He had Woonal on his right arm and had frozen still at the moment when his eyes caught Bobo napping on me. He willed himself to relax first, before approaching me slowly and taking off a note from our chestnut pigeon’s feet; a letter had arrived from the other side of the sea. He handed it to me wordlessly, still a fool’s smile playing at his lips. I took it with trembling hands….it’d been exact fifteen years since the day I had run away with someone’s father. The music softly played throughout the ballroom, the sound of the heels of our shoes clicked in sync on the tiled marble flooring. Swaying back and forth my long wavy brown hair brushing up against my back. In one hand I held up my ivory coloured floor length dress as not to trip on it and my other hand was held gently by yours. I could feel your hand gently hovering over my lower back. The smell of your traditional date night cologne with notes of oakmoss and cedarwood wafted to my nose. I sighed contently feeling so safe and at home in your presence. My eyes are closed. All my other sense heightened. Taking in every moment. After a little under a hour the music halts, I open my eyes. You are not there, my memories and imagination have overwhelmed me, I fall to my knees and weep. To the only man I have and will ever love, I miss you dearly.

Omg sounds like a movie soundtrack 😮👏🏻
Honestly I would study in a haunted library with ghosts than to try and wrestle my brain through maniacs who come to library to chit-chat or to fool around. Come on.. that's why Starbucks was built.

I agree too! You can't get enough peace these days!!! I used to study from one of those universities that were built or founded at least from late 1800s then remodeled several times. Their libary from the outside looks just like any other old buildings, but the interior?? holy s*** other than the main compartment where EVERYONE studies, eat, whatever... several areas that are reserved for group activities and for custodians are literally a part of the castle just like this photo! I still remember walking up winding stair cases up several floors until I found this small cooridor that led to a double desk next to the wall. The cooridor had dual wooden doors, had their own light switch. Cooridor contained one study group room (always locked) with 1 custodian room and 2 office rooms for professors (couldn't remember what majors). If I had found this video 3-4 years ago, darn... WOULD'VE FIT PERFECTLY!!!!!
Im in love with this thx wow this is amazing....
How are these ghosts more tolerant than the living? Thanks for tender mercies given.
Very emotional and beautiful music thank you!
BEAUTIFUL PICTURE HERE AND GREAT MUSIC.....
I use this channel to focus on studying, greetings to the person who reads❤ this

Moon sounds like a real ghost town up in the sky.. Am I the only one who lives there. Am i the only one who feels this.. Vivid dreams die on earth, empty emotions, dark places, heartless people and moreover. Am I the only one who dies every day. Tell me where the truth lies in a world of lies. Tell me what the freedom is? Fake rules, speachless minds, . Am I the only one who has this problem on this earth. Am I the only one, tell me what is this ??. Wake up your mind, not your body. Love with your heart, not with your money.. People need the awareness of real freedom.
thanx for healing me :)
I am reading New Moon by Stephine Meyer and this is so soothing and perfect for reading a vampire romance novel
Thank you my friend !
Imagine this Your a wizard who was beheaded before the blade struck your neck you sent your soul into the body of doll inside a massive library filled with arcane secrets.you now spend your days in your porcelain body learning and reading new magics As the spirts of the long forgotten keep you company

Hauntingly beautiful
