That’s right I been through the dark night a few years ago and been working hard to heal I really have just stayed to myself. I have myself to a better place. I fought a hard fight to just over come serious narc abuse. I’m 66 no addictions but mental abuse and being used til there wasn’t anything left. I’m finding me and loving me. I’ve helped my bedridden mom 13 years and given and given all along. No one ever gives back ever. I have really no friends they all went with the divorce. This was definitely for me. I've recently left the matrix and know myself on a fundamental level. There are lots of people who see this and want the best for me, but there's a few who I get energy vampire vibes from. Their demons are struggling with the mirror that I have become. It's hard to look at yourself and see ugly things. But we all posses ugly. We just have to become very familiar with our own demons and make them feel safe, loved and heard. It isn't until you can look at the mirror and see the ugly, and know in your heart your ugly is part of you and just because you can see it doesn't mean that's who you are.
