Congrats!! I finally quit vaping in June of last year & what helped me is: Percussion 🪇 instruments. I brought little maracas everywhere with me & a little rain-shaker-maker. It helped me pattern interrupt & shift my energy elsewhere. You got this!

I have been an athlete and restaurant manager and physical my whole life. I had a couple of injuries as I was going into my 2nd Saturn return but was managing them and working out and was quite successful. After the 2nd injection, I went from a highly functioning individual to being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that has taken so much away. I am now getting back on track in taking my life back physically and no one in my family would believe it but I am quite certain, these things have changed my whole life. I hope everyone is brave enough to stand up and call it as it is. Good job.🙏❤️

Monday during the day it was fine it was Monday after work that went horrible then Tuesday was horrible me and the friend coughed out truths and it was just a battle over text then after work a bit more confusion than I felt really down depressed Wednesday was of my realizing I need to step back in our relationship, but it was better than Monday Tuesday Thursday was my friend's birthday leap year baby we kind of got along but still we both seem standoffish with each other although we care still for each other, we still want to be in each other's lives, I'm praying that the weekend goes well and we both want to keep pursuing each other.
