Excellent Particularly when you started discussing the relative natural reef slop environments. And the the contrast against a "high energy" environment. The descriptions in creating a moderate or low energy reef tank, and the framing around what conditions the hobbyist is replicating is welcome and was well said.

Another informative video. Great job on the tank guys! A friend of mine is about to throw in the towel on his tank if he hasn’t already. He has a smaller waterbox but was trying to set a tank something like this up. Not sure what the deal was with his tank but I gave him tons of coral specifically frogspawn that I could grow in gasoline but he could not keep it alive for whatever reason. He had all top notch gear which just goes to show it isn’t the gear.
