    Breathe through your nose, always. And get in touch with your solar plexus as this is where the anxiety is hidden. Then create the intention to let go of the anxious thoughts and switch your attention to your breath. Do not try and breathe, your body will do that naturally. Just be one with your breath and flow with it.

    Yes you can lmao, e.g., constant rapid speech w/out sufficient breaks, prolonged postural hunching over and/or other unhealthy habits can entail progressice hyperventilation which can induce panic attacks (for example)...
