In 'Surrounded By Idiots', Thomas Erikson identifies four key personality types: red, yellow, green and blue. This is loosely modelled around the 'Disc' personality type model but by understanding how to use this information, you can understand how to get on with people, why people do things you think are 'idiotic' and how to get along with basically everyone you meet.
In this video, I give you the key insights from the book. I talk about the features of each personality type and how you can identify your own personality. Then, we look at some common personality clashes. Finally, I give you some practical tips at how to use what you have just learnt.
